Semiconductor seals and O-rings have been a major part of the Rainier Rubber Company's business for the last twenty-five years. Our earliest introduction CHEMTEMP has been an integral seal material in O-ring, molded seal and inflatable door seal applications since its introduction. Rainier Rubber Company then responded to the needs of the semiconductor marketplace for a low cost, low extractable and extremely resistant material with our line of ALLCHEM® Perfluoroelastomer Products. Realizing early on the need for a responsive vendor in this fast paced segment of industry, Rainier Rubber Company has helped set the standard for delivery, quality and lower costs of tool ownership.

Our two newest introductions are a High Temperature Silicone (HTS) for continual service at temperatures up to 300°C and our High Purity Viton (HPV) which significantly reduces the level of contaminants usually found in the industrial grades of fluoroelastomers.
